Shipping & Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping Fee: $15.00

Shipping Locations

At this time, Charmhouse Beauty Store ships within the United States only.

We currently do not ship to international destinations.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. Charmhouse will do our best to assist you if your package is delayed or appears to be lost.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us so we can help investigate the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an incorrect address immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after processing has begun.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and products.

We will review the situation and help determine the appropriate solution.
